Divisoria and Baclaran are places in the Metro Manila area where one can get affordable t-shirts under a variety of brands and colors. There are differences between them, such as location and ease of parking, and access to other parts of Luzon which make them ideal choices depending on what you want. Both have there positives and negatives.
Baclaran is the oldest trading area in Metro Manila. Naturally, shirts have been there for quite some time. Wholesale vendors initially started out in Baclaran. Traffic is a huge concern and parking is not as readily available. But prices in Quiapo tend to be lower on occasion as an added benefit. The is often the choice of people based in the South parts of NCR (national capital region) for shirts or other garments. One advantage is that after buying shirts you can access the Baclaran LRT/MRT.
Divisoria, and particularly the Juna Luna area is where people are increasing flocking to get shirts and garments. Beginning in the 90s Juan Luna slowly started to shift and sell more wholesale shirts with basic colors and assorted sizes. With the emergence of 168 Mall and Divisoria mall, more people go to Divisoria as it is a starting point for other cheap goods and merchandise. The entire street of Juan Luna has a multitude of stores that carry Flipper, Southport, Whistler, Yalex, Southport, and Blue Corner. Parking is slightly easier
It boils down to a matter of preference and where you are in the Metro Manila area. If you are closer to Divisoria or Baclaran you should base your purchasing decision based of location. Now the amount of wholesale shirt stores continue to increase and friendly competition is better than ever. You can choose either location for your shirt requirements. Either area should not disappoint.
